Login FAQs

Jeta Bed runs primarily in Bengali and English. To change the language, log in and click the profile icon in the top-right corner, then go to "Settings". Under the "Language" section, choose your preferred language and save. The full interface will switch once the page refreshes. Some pages — such as promotions or notices — may only be available in Bengali. On the mobile app, the language option can also be found in the app settings. Jeta Bed offers two ways to restrict your account. Temporary suspension (Cooling-Off): Log in → Profile Settings → "Responsible Gaming" → select a cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks). You won't be able to log in during this time, but your account won't be closed. Long-term or permanent suspension (Self-Exclusion): Go to the same section, select "Self-Exclusion", and set a period from 6 months up to 5 years.
