1General Terms & Applicability

• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited
• Any changes to your information must be made through support
• The phone number used during registration must remain active

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

Jeta Bed is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. This is not optional — it is a legal requirement and an ethical responsibility. Minors who open an account using false information will have their entire balance forfeited and the relevant authorities may be notified.

Jeta Bed conducts regular age verification checks. If a member's age appears suspicious, KYC documents will be requested and the account will remain suspended until verification is complete.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits at Jeta Bed can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits are usually credited instantly, though in some cases bank processing may take 1–3 hours.

Deposits must be made using your own registered payment method. Deposits sent through third parties will not be accepted and may be returned.

5Withdrawal & Cash-Out Rules

To withdraw from Jeta Bed, you must first complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit, or a registered method. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first meet the wagering requirements and convert to cash balance before it can be withdrawn.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Every bonus offer on jeta bed comes with its own terms. Please read them carefully before claiming. General rules include:

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 10x to 25x
• Not all games may be playable with bonus money (contribution rates vary by game)
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry
• A second bonus cannot be added while another bonus is active
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse will be investigated
• Cashback bonuses apply to net losses only

Jeta Bed reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. However, no changes will be made to a bonus that is already in progress.

7Betting Rules & Bet Cancellation Policy

Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled. However, Jeta Bed reserves the right to void bets in certain circumstances — such as event cancellation, odds offered due to an obvious technical error, or proven match-fixing.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it stands at the odds in effect at the time of placement
• If a bet is not accepted during in-play betting due to a network issue, the amount will be refunded
• If an event is postponed for more than 48 hours, the bet will be considered void
• Bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from a system error may be voided
• If one selection in a multi-bet is voided, the remaining selections will still stand

8Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on jeta bed. If any of these are found, the account will be immediately closed and the balance forfeited:

• Betting using automated software or bots
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts
• Using another person's account or selling your account
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Operating an Account Under a False Identity

If suspicious activity is detected, Jeta Bed is obligated to share information with any relevant investigating authority.

9Account Closure & Deactivation

Members may close their account at any time. Upon submitting a request to support, the account will be deactivated within 24 hours. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure.

Requesting self-exclusion will lock your account for the specified period, during which opening a new account will not be permitted. This is an important tool for responsible gaming.

10Limitation of Liability

Jeta Bed is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party failures. That said, if a member suffers a financial loss due to a fault on our end, compensation will be considered subject to verification.
